- The consulting Committee is organized according to the ISSLR
regulations and acts in its context.
- The Committee consists of the chairman and the secretary.
- The chairman acts at the ISSLR Directorate discretion.
- The Committee cannot make legal contracts without Directorate ' s approval.
- The Committee chairman informs the ISSLR Board of Directors about the
Committee's activity once per year.
- The ISSLR Board of Directors reviews the Committee's activity and gives
instructions for the next year.
- The Committee can be dismissed by the Board of Directors only.
